Garmin 55 by madtruckingcdn Youtube review
Description: Garmin 55 has a unique voice command that other budget dash cams probably don’t have. The feature looks similar to the AI that most major computer brands have. In short terms, you can activate this device by saying ‘OK Garmin’. The overall performance of this dashboard camera is pretty good especially in daytime. However, in certain situation like when driving on a dusty road or on a rainy day, Garmin 55 won’t give you nice footage. The recording becomes somewhat blurry and if it’s raining, there will be many reflections on the windscreen that can block the view.
Pros
- Has voice command system
- Footage still shows enough details
- Supports Wi-Fi & wide-angle lens
Cons
- Material is made of plastic
- No microSD card out of the box
- Video recording has pixelation issue
- Color reproduction is a bit grayish and dark
- Video becomes a bit blurry in the rain
- There’s reflection and flare issue
