The Alcatel 5 was released in February, 2018 as a mid-tier smartphone device for users who want power & efficiency. Inside of the box you’ll receive: Alcatel 5 device, warranty card, user manual, 3.5mm headset, USB data cable, power adapter, SIM needle, & a built-in 3,000 mAh battery. The Alcatel 5 device comes with 3GB of LPDDR3 833MHz RAM in combination with 32GB of internal ROM storage. The device has 32kb + 32kb of L1 cache memory to even further increase speed & efficiency, internal memory on the device can be expanded up to 256GB by way of a microSD card.
The 5 device uses a MediaTek MT6750T SoC that is powered by quad-core ARM Cortex A53 1.5Ghz & 1.3Ghz CPU units. The GPU inside of the 5 is a ARM Mail-T860 MP2 650MHz 2-core unit that uses 28nm process technology. The 5 comes with the following sensors: proximity, accelerometer, compass, ambient light, rear-mounted fingerprint, & hall.
The camera on the Alcatel 5 is a triple camera set-up that uses two front-facing cameras & one rear-facing camera. The front-facing cameras on the 5 use a 13MP + 5MPlens with LED flash and a 120-degree wide angle lens. The rear-facing camera on the 5 uses a 12MP lens capable of capturing photos in 4032 x 3024 pixels.
