The P7 comes with 1GB of LPDDR3 RAM running at 640MHz, the device also comes with 8GB of internal ROM storage. The device comes with 32kb + 32kb of L1 cache memory in addition to 512kb of L2 cache memory. Memory on the device can be expanded up to 128GB by way of a microSD, microSDHC, or microSDXC memory card.

The P7 comes with the following sensors: proximity, accelerometer, & ambient light. Underneath the hood of the P7 is a MediaTek MY6737 64-bit SoC in combination with a quad-core 1.3GHz Arm Cortex-A53 CPU unit. For graphics on the P7, you get a ARM Mail-T720 MP1 600Mhz 1-core unit that delivers incredible visuals.

The P7 uses a dual-camera set-up that has one front lens and one rear-facing lens. The front-facing camera on the P7 uses a 2MP lens however it doesn’t have front-facing flash capabilities. The rear-facing camera on the P7 uses an 8MP lens that is capable of capturing photos in 3264 x 2448 resolution. The primary camera on the P7 comes with the following features: HDR, digital zoom, continuous shooting, panorama, touch focus, white balance settings, self-timer, autofocus, & more.

For connectivity on the P7 you get the following capabilities: Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Direct, Wi-Fi Hotspot, & Bluetooth v4.2. the display on the P7 is a 5.0inches LCD IPS capacitive touchscreen with multi-touch support.
